2. Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if the following conditions are met:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • You provide a valid proof of purchase (invoice or order number).

  • The item was not customized or made to order.

Products showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer will not be accepted for return.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Customized or personalized products.

  • Items purchased on sale or during promotions (unless defective).

  • Products damaged due to misuse or neglect.

Our customer support team will guide you through the process and provide the return address.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered.

5. Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or model, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will arrange for an exchange or refund at no extra cost.
